Professionally Ira is a marketing and sales expert, photographer, graphics designer, website builder, philanthropy owner, Search Engine Optimization content writer, 6x best-selling author, 2x TEDx speaker, and credentialed member of the press. Ira has built a large social media following with over 185,000 followers on LinkedIn and over 160,000 followers on Instagram.

Ira Bowman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University where he graduated with a 3.916 GPA in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a concentration in Business and Religion. This says a lot about who Ira is, as he has many interests, and strives to do things with excellence.


Over his 25-year career to date, Ira has spent most of his time in sales roles, from active contributor to department director. One thing that remained constant was that Ira always worked hard to help SMBs (small and medium businesses) increase their ROI and gain market share by providing analytic marketing analysis and strategic marketing advice. Since June 2020, with the launch of Ira’s business, Bowman Digital Media, Ira has focused on helping increase website traffic and increase visibility for his clients online. The internet has become the main source of commerce and visibility, more than any other marketing channel and therefore it is extremely important to increase sales.


Ira Bowman currently lives in Southern California just outside Los Angeles with his amazing wife and 8 children.

Ira Bowman started shooting photos for clients back in 2010 as part of his work with print clients.

In 2020, with the launch of Bowman Digital Media, Ira began shooting a lot more photos and upgrading his gear to accommodate a larger variety of shot types.  Ira is sought out and hired to take headshots, product shots and lifestyle and special events for his clients.  

The thing Ira loves most about photography is showing the world what he sees and the beauty all around us.  Ira’s signature style mixes light and angles in unexpected and fun ways and he loves to shoot at night with slow shutter speeds to show motion.

Ira is a fan of Canon camera and lenses and Neewer lights.  He currently shoots with EOS 90D and 5D Mark IV bodies and processes all of his own shots with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Recently Ira has had two of his photos featured in a Forbes Magazine article and was hired to do a Magazine Cover shoot.  See some of Ira’s work here.

Humans have emotions and at different points, we all struggle with them.

As I sat on my couch one night in May of 2023, I realized that my new exercise routine, walking daily, was helping me in an unexpected way. The walking was helping me clear my head, process my anxiety and help me reduce day-to-day stress. Never before had I considered walking as a way to reduce stress and relieve anxiety.

So the idea to put my technique out in a book to share with others who might benefit from the idea was born.

Shortly after, I realized my solution might not be the silver bullet for everyone, so I invited some of my friends to share tips and techniques that work for them. This book is full of those ideas for others to read and try.

This book is not intended to be a one-size fits all solution. The book is written in a non-clinical way on purpose. The goal is simple, we want to share everyday solutions to everyday mental challenges.

You might not need all the tips and techniques in this book. Even more, it’s likely that these tips won’t work for everyone and that’s okay. It is not intended to be an exhaustive medical journal, rather a handy reference guide to those seeking for something they can do to make a positive impact in their personal life.

Our lives are too short to suffer through anxiety, depression, and mental health issues, without the proper help and support we need. If you find a new tool that helps you in this book, we will have accomplished our goal.
